Garden Goddess by Viki Banaszak |
|
Cut a 7-inch square piece of purple plaid scrapbook paper to use as
background.
Cut out several colors of cardstock or scrapbook paper using
Spellbinders
Wizard dies (Flower Creations Die #S4-072, and the Bugs
die#4008 and Vintage Alphabet) to cut yellow cardstock. Put them together
in a pleasing pattern. The stem used on two of the flowers is a
Spellbinders mystery die.
Stamp the Goddess with Fire Ring Tummy
(www.amstamps.com) twice on white cardstock and color in one
with Prismacolor pencils. Use an exacto knife to trim the center of the
tummy away. On the second, uncolored copy, set it in Fran’s Craft Pan from
Stampendous and place broken chips of
Frozen Opals
in the center to melt. Add a tiny amount of Tropical Opalettes. Attach the
second Goddess to the back of the first centering the tummy.
Use thin foam tape to attach the Goddess to the side of the square.
Add a flower made from Lollipop Key Lime Pie paper on the top of the
Goddesses hands.
Place a piece of olive colored cardstock measuring 5.50 x 1.50 inches near
the top of the square, but slightly off center. It may help to lay out the
dies before attaching the pieces.
Place the branch and leaf in the right corner and then add the beetle on
top. Then add the Vintage alphabet spelling out Garden. Place the G on the
beetle’s back.
