Bargello Technique
1. Cut 6 pieces of differently colored cardstock - 1" wide by 5.5"
long. (Yellow, orange and red used in example.) 2.
Layer cardstock pieces onto text weight paper.

3. Cut Cardstock Diagonally, into 1 inch pieces.

4. Layer onto text weight paper, rotating strips of cardstock.
See Picture 3
5. Trim and layer onto cardstock and embellish as desired. |
 Sending
You a Smile by Wendy KerrCut red, yellow, blue and green
cardstock to 1.5" x 5.5". Run a Rollagraph Wheel (ClearSnap)
over each cardstock strip.
Then follow steps 2, 3 and 4 above.
Layer bargello piece onto red then blue cardstock. Stamp
saying (unknown) onto yellow using black cardstock. Layer as
shown. |

Follow basic instructions using rust, cream, burgundy, green and
mauve cardstocks.
Once pieced together stamp floral border (Stampabilities) using
a VersaMark inkpad.
Stamp friend stamp (PSX) onto cream cardstock, layer onto black
cardstock then onto bargello piece. Layer bargello piece onto
black cardstock. |
