The stamp is by Stamp Oasis and was was coloured with Sharpie markers. When I was thinking about what and how to create the face of my Spooktacular Rapunzel domino doll, I glanced over to my “inspiration” domino display shelf and knew I just had to use this piece…thanks Mom …!

Directions:
All the dominoes started out shiny, straight out of the tins. Colour the dominoes with Adirondack alcohol inks in the polished stone/Tim Holtz technique. Basically this technique involves applying a few drops of each ink to a piece of felt that is attached to a handle of some sort and then randomly dabbed across the surface of the dominoes. The colours all blend together to create a very unique effect! No two dominoes will ever be alike. Outline each domino with a Liquid Gold marker pen. Seal the dominoes by first spraying them with 1 - 2 very light coats of Workable Artists Fixative and then 1 - 2 very light coats of either a glossy or matte sealer.

Arrange beads to create arms and legs and thread the beads onto wire. Glue arms and legs to wrong side of domino, then attach front domino to secure. Glue wrong side of 1 super sized domino to lollipop stick, attach arms and legs and then attach the other super sized domino as a body. Glue on neck domino and face chekit domino (for gluing of all dominoes I used my hot glue gun). Embellish the body with 2 ghosts, attach a pumpkin to the middle of the face's forehead. Glue the tassel to the chekit and attach witches and leaves to the hair.
