Background instructions-inspired by Nancy Curry’s resist technique
1. Ink Retro Shadow stamp with clear embossing ink. Stamp on white glossy cardstock. Allow to dry completely. Use heat gun sparingly to hurry drying process.
2. Ink stipple brushes with dye inks and randomly stipple ink colors onto background. You will now see your resist images.
3. Ink Retro Shadow stamp with the same colors used for the stippled background. Over stamp white “resist” images, offsetting image a bit. Set aside to dry.

Vellum overlay
1. Using a computer, choose font that is pleasing to you. Type sentiment and print until spacing is appropriate for card. Print on vellum and allow ink to dry. A heat gun may be used to hurry drying…use with care so as not to damage vellum.
2.Ink Mother & Daughter stamp with permanent black ink pad. Stamp image onto printed vellum. Allow to dry.
3. Turn stamped vellum over and color image with watercolor markers.
