Scrap paper
Oil pastels
Fingernail polish remover with acetone (or other art
solvent)
Cotton balls
Colorific metallic/plain markers
Foam mounting tape
Scissors
Favorite adhesive
Mister bottle with water
Paintbrush

Directions:
1. Using a commercial die cut machine, have the Bazzil Admiral paper cut into a shaker card. If this is not available to you, make a shaker card frame approximately 3.25" x 6". Do not assemble and set aside.

2. Using the large fish image, scribble blue marker on the rubber and mist with water. Stamp random images on the Splash Bazzil paper. Sloppy stamping actually yield better results with this technique. Put adhesive to the back interior wall of your shaker card and mount this image to it. Trim off the excess.

3. On a clean area of the Splash paper, color the fish image with several metallic marker colors and stamp a clean image. Make two clean images.

4. Pick the best multi-colored fish image and cut it from the cardstock. With a wet paintbrush, blend some of the colors for a softer look. From the second fish, cut out the fin.

5. Mount the fin with foam tape to the best fish image to make the fish look a bit more three dimensional. Mount the assembled fish to the background.

6. Color some scrap paper in multiple shades of green ink. Cut jagged seaweed shapes and mount to the inside of the front frame.

7. On the scrap paper, scribble on assorted colors of oil pastel and blend with a cotton ball that has been moistened with fingernail polish remover (or mineral spirits, white turpentine or canola oil).

8. Using the Wizard diecut machine, feed through the oil pastel paper with the Seashell die.

9. Mount the die cuts with your favorite adhesive and foam mounting tape to the front of the frame.

10. Ink the tassel image with a blue marker and stamp two clean images. Cut out the best image and mount it to the front frame. Cut out the ball and string part of the second image and cut fine fringes to add dimension. Mount on top of the first image with foam mounting tape.

11. Assemble the shaker card with your favorite adhesive.
