KIMONO DESIGN CHARM BRACELET
by
Deirdre

All the stamps used in this project are sponsored by
Lasting Impressions with Panache
http://www.lasimppan.com

For this bracelet, start with three ivory colored travel size dominos. Ink up a Kimono stamp with black Staz-On ink (Tsukineko). Bring the face of a domino to the stamp. Repeat with the two remaining dominoes, use different parts of the stamp for three unique images on each domino. (See Picture 1)

Heat set the ink. Color the images with red sharpie marker and silver paint pen (Elmers) Edge the face of the domino in silver. (See Picture 2)

Spray the three dominos with fixative and then with sealant (Krylon). Let dry. Using a hand held drill and a small sized drill bit, drill small holes at the top corner of each domino.

Attach the 3 dominos to a silver colored chain bracelet purchased online or at your local craft store. Attach using large jump rings or 18 gauge twisted wire. (See Picture 3)

To make the beaded charms, use 18 gauge wire and assorted beads in red, black and silver. Let your imagination guide you. Roll a circle into the end of a piece of wire, add assorted beads then roll a circle into the other end. (See Picture 4)

Attach a jump ring and then attach to the bracelet. (See Picture 5)

Attach as many or as few charms as you like, this project has a charm on each link of the bracelet giving it a full, chunky feel. (See Picture 6)
