Supplies:
2 Matchboxes
2 Chess Pieces, Knights
3 Dominoes
1 Glass Slide
1 Slide Mailer
Clear Microbeads
Color Box Pigment Inks - Frost White and Silver
Krylon Leafing Pen - Silver
Folk Art Acrylic Paint 903 Tapioca
E6000 Glue
Glue Stick
White Glue
Diamond Glaze
Off White 64lb Charcoal Paper (I used Strathmore.)
Decorative Paper (Like wrapping Paper)
White Paper Dollie
Ivory Double faced Satin Ribbon (1/4 inch wide)
Clear Rhinestones
Tear drop shaped plastic pearl
Fleur de Lis Rubber Stamp from Whispers Stamps
Royal Couple Rubber Stamp from Beeswax Rubber Stamps

Tools:
X-acto Knife
Scissors


 

Directions:
1. Glue dominoes together along the long edge to form a palette of three dominoes.

2. With the glue stick glue the outer part of the matchbox in Charcoal  Paper. Wrap the inner matchbox with decorative paper and glue a pearl to the front for a handle.

3. Glue matchboxes together along the long edge.

4. Cut piece of the paper dollie. Trim the edge of the matchboxes with ribbon and rhinestones and then glue to matchboxes.

5. Glue the match boxes on top of the dominoes.

6. Paint the slide mailer with Acrylic Paint. Once dry stamp over with Frost White Ink Pad.

7. Edge Mailer with Leafing Pen.

8. Stamp Royal Couple stamp on a piece of paper cut to the same size as glass slide.

9. Glue stamped paper and slide to inside niche in slide mailer.

10. Fill in the area around the slide with Diamond Glaze and then sprinkle with microbeads.

11. On the blank side of the inside of the slider mailer, stamp with the fleur de lis stamp in silver pigment ink.

12. Open the mailer to a 90 degree angle and glue it down to the top of the matchboxes with the corner centered on the center back edge of the boxes.

13. Glue the two chessmen on the on the outer corners on the matchboxes, in front of the mailer.

(The matchbox drawers could be used to hold love or luck tokens possibly even miniature versions of the wedding vows.)
