Warm Winter Wishes by Betty McCommon, Design Team Member

Supplies:
Stamp: Stampin' Up!
Ink: Brilliance & Versa Mark
Paper: Natural white & Plaid background
White Fun Foam
Shrink Plastic
Glitter & Sticky Powder
Deckle scissors
Assorted fibers
Hole Punch

Directions:
Cut out a piece of white fun foam with your decorative scissors a little bigger than the seal stamp.
Ink your seal stamp with black Brilliance ink, set aside.
Heat the foam with your heat gun until it starts to curl a little, turn over and do other side. While still hot, quickly stamp your inked stamp on foam. That gives you a raised image! Sponge a little blue ink on edges and set aside.
On white cardstock, stamp snowflakes in Versamark and sprinkle sticky powder (this comes in lots of different names)
The trick for this is to only heat until melted, don't overheat, sprinkle glitter on and heat again to set.
On a white piece of shrink plastic cut in a circle (I just traced a glass and cut out), stamp greeting in dark blue Brilliance and a few snowflakes in a lighter blue. Punch hole in top then heat with your heat gun to shrink. It will scoot around and curl but will uncurl when done.
Layer all pieces as shown and tie fibers around fold and add shrink charm on an end.
