| Spritz water on the colors just enough to wet them but not to make the colors run. |

Place a piece of white glossy cardstock over the wet area Press down gently so that the colors ooze out from all edges Don't leave the cardstock too long or it will stick to the acetate Gently remove the cardstock from the acetate and set aside to dry. A piece of paper towel can be used to carefully remove any excess water The cardstock will curl and then straighten as it dries. You may have to put the backgrounds into a thick book to completely flatten before using them. |
