Four Panel Snowy Tag Card by Wendy Kerr

Start by cutting a 4 panel card from 11 x 17" cardstock.   Each panel should be 4-1/4" x 5-1/2".   Stipple blue and purple ink over all of the panels, front and back.   (See Picture 1)


Stamp snowflakes (Embossing Arts) all over one side of your card.   Then “soft stamp” more by inking your stamp, tapping it onto scrap paper then onto your card.   This gives the images a soft look.  (See Picture 2)
  Set aside.

Stamp your tags:  Start by stippling all of your tags with blue and purple inks then stamp.   Edge tags with a blank inkpad.  (See Picture 3)
 Create tassels from fibers and yarns and attach to your tags.

Pockets: Cut 4 pieces of vellum to 2-1/2" x 3-1/2".  Fold 1/4" inch of the sides.

Attach pockets to your card then insert tags.
