Start with a new mini domino, pre drilled at one top, or use a small size drill bit to drill a hole from one side to the other across the top of the domino.
Use a Silver Sharpie marker or Silver Metallic Paint Pen to color a silver edge around the face and sides of a mini domino. Spray with Krylon fixative, let dry. (See Picture 1)


Do an internet image search to find a non-copyrighted picture of a phoenix. Save the picture and print it 1.65 x .85 so it will fit on the mini domino. Cut the picture out and round the edges.

Spread decoupage glue over the face of the domino and attach the phoenix picture to it. Spray with a couple coats of Krylon sealant. Let dry. (See Picture 2)


With the image you printed in mind, purchase matching, colored beads to finish your necklace. Lay out the beads in the intended pattern with 2 spacer beads on either side of your mini domino centered in the middle, then string them onto a semi-thick beading cord. (See Picture 3)


Attach toogle clasps to the ends and the necklace is ready to wear.
