Pick a fun piece of scrapbook paper, I used “Phresh and Phunky Pherris Wheel” by Basic Grey, and cut to 7”x6” and fold in half so that the height is 6 inches.

Using a see through ruler find the center of your card and mark it for the hole.  Then mark an angle on each side, leaving about an inch in the center, to make the tag shape and cut with scissors.

Use a 1/4" hole punch and make your hole in the center top as shown.  Add reinforcements to the hole to strengthen the area and attach 2 coordinating colors of ribbon. (See Picture 4

Stamp Margarita from Pansy Lane, with black ink on cream-colored card stock and color in with pencils.  Layer on green cardstock and attach to your card.

Add Ice Stickles Lemon Ice to the Rim of the glass and let dry.

Outline and fill in the glass area of the stamp with Folk Arts Papier Glass Finish.
