Love by Lis Whiting

Create your Card Base:
Take a piece of bright red Bazzill cardstock 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 inch and fold in half. Add a piece of Punchinella in fuchsia to the card. Adhere the Punchinella with glue stick. Add the glue to the back of the Punchinella by dabbing it. Do not rub it or you will have a mess.

Creating the Plastic Dangles:
Take plastic Tiddily Winks (four in red and one in blue). You will need to drill a hole in the tops of them. You can use the Cropodile for this or the Fiskars Drill. Add a gold eyelet to each hole and set (I used the Pro Setter.) Add gold yarn or string [New Smoking by Fila di C.], attaching it like you would to a tag: double the strand and feed through the hole; lace the ends back through the loop and pull tight. Stamp each of the red winks with a letter (L – O – V – E) using Staz-On Black [Tsukineko]. Punch out one fleur de Lis in gold glossy and attach to the blue wink with a glue dot. Add gold yarn also but leave a short tassel at the top. This will show when the card is put together.

Attach the dangles by their gold cords using glue dots. They should all be in a line in the upper third of the card. You may want to position them first before permanently attaching them.

Finishing Your Card:
Choose a red ribbon with a pattern. Add a brass buckle to the middle. After you adhere your winks to the card, add the ribbon over the tops of the gold yarn ends. Stamp a mahjong tile with the "love" heart stamp [Inkadinkadoo] in Staz-On in cherry pink [Tsukineko]. Add red glitter glue for the word and gold glitter glue for the rose. Adhere to the middle of the ribbon with a pop dot.
