Dancer by Nancy Thaut  Using a black round mini matt (Pennywisearts) press circle in VersaMark ink and then UTEE. Continue until several layers have been added and the matt is completely covered with the embossing enamel. Next place opal flakes on circle, add more layers of UTEE until the level of circle is smooth. On pink cardstock stamp dancer (Non Sequitur) with ColorBox dark peony chalk ink. Add Cow of Many Colors Embossing Powder and use heat gun. Glitter pens were used to color ribbon and top on dancers dress and hair. H2O, Almond Beige, was used for dancers skin. Punch to round corners. Using a cloud stencil and fuchsia chalk, use over top of dancer. Paint over the top with Glitter transparent wash by DecoArt. Take purple glitter writer by Duncan and edge below the clouds, around the edge. Mount on black paper and then attach to deep rose card. Attach circle above dancers hands.
