Poinsettia Card by Ann P

Fold half a sheet of red cardstock in half to form a DL card. Cut a
sheet of cream card in the shape of a Christmas cracker. Stamp ivy on
each end and colour images.
Stamp and emboss poinsettia on green card and again on red card using
gold embossing powder. Cut around each piece so that green leaves will
be showing on the bottom layer. Cut off those "leaves" on your red
image and pop dot in position on top of the green layer.
Stick poinsettia on the centre of the cracker. Tie sheer red ribbon
around each end of the cracker and attach the cracker to your red
card.

Angel
Friends by Nancy Thaut
Beginning with scrapbook paper, Bethlehem, cut 4 x 5-1/4". Using
Anne-Made Designs verse stamp, and Adirondack caramel ink, emboss with
clear embossing powder. Stamp angel and emboss.
Using Christmas wired Angel glitter ribbon cut individual angel with
pinking shears and glue to the designed paper. With a glue paint type
brush, paint verse and angel with Heavenly Hues Glitter transparent
wash.
Glue finished design paper to mustard-colored cardstock card. |

Poinsettias

On white cardstock stamp the poinsettia frame (Rubberstamp Ave) in
red. Color in leaves with green pencil. Cut around flowers on inside
and cut out center. Attach to red cardstock.
Stamp with “Peace is Not a Season” in red pigment ink emboss with
clear embossing powder. Cut out and glue into center of card fixing
under the flower leaves.

Do You See What I See? Christmas card by Lis Whiting
Create a red card for your base, layer gold glossy cardstock onto it.
Stamp a Merry Christmas background (Rubber Stampede) onto cream
cardstock in red [Marvy Red]. Attach black photo corners to the cream
cardstock and mount onto your card. Cut a piece of dark green
cardstock and more cream cardstock and layer together. Emboss “Do you
see what I see” (Rubber Stampede) in gold embossing powder. Layer onto
card with mounting tape. Punch out a north star [punch bunch] and add
to the sign with mounting tape. Add a gold foil drum and a red ribbon
below. |

Fat
Snowman by Robin Smalley
On a piece of
white cardstock, stamp Geometric Dots Border (Endless Creations, Inc)
with a red inkpad. On the top half stamp Simple Shapes (Stampin Up!)
Cut a 5/8 inch
strip of red cardstock and place where the top and bottom stamp areas
meet.
Cut a 1-1/2 inch
square and stamp snowman (Morning Star.) Layer this on a red then
black square. Color in the red heart with a red marker.
Layer as shown. |
Snowflake Christmas card by Lis Whiting
Create an ivory card base, then layer gold then red cardstock. Place a
brass snowflake stencil [Dreamweaver] over the red cardstock. Use
removable tape to keep it from slipping. Take a spatula and “frost”
gold embossing paste [Dreamweaver] over the stencil. Scrape off all
excess embossing paste, making sure that all the areas are filled in.
Carefully remove the stencil to reveal your pattern. Sprinkle ultra
fine crystal glitter over one snowflake before the embossing paste
dries. Let dry. Adhere red cardstock to card. |

Believe

Punch snowflakes out of metallic silver cardstock
then layer metallic snowflake brads onto them. Layer metallic
"Believe" embellishment onto glossy black cardstock. Then layer as
shown. |
Merry Christmas
Card by Lis Whiting
Create a green card for your base, layer gold glossy then black
cardstock. On a True Green piece of cardstock, punch a rectangle in
the lower right side (1-7/8 x 1-1/2.) Emboss "Merry Christmas"
background stamp (Rubber Stampede) in gold. Outline the punched
rectangle with a gold pen. Mount onto card. Punch out a small tag in
tan Stardream cardstock. Stamp Merry Christmas on it (Hero Arts).
Attach a red bow to top of tag. Attach tag to center of rectangular
opening with mounting tape. |

Snowmen Fall From Heaven Unassembled by
Bernardine Farmer

1. Fold dark navy cardstock to make a card 4" x 9". This will fit
in a legal size envelope. Using PSX snowflake stamp randomly with
Brilliance Moonlight White.
2. Using deckle scissors cut long edges of a 2" x 9" strip of navy
blue cardstock and a 2-1/2" x 9" of strip of white paper. Adhere the
white cardstock along the middle of the card and center the navy strip
on top of the white strip of cardstock.
3. Using Stampendous Jolly Snowman and Morningstar Snowmen Fall From
Heaven Unassembled stamp with VersaFine Majestic Blue on white
cardstock. Stamp PSX snowflake with the blue ink on white and emboss
with “Fantasy Sparkles”.
4. Trim snowman, saying and snowflake with deckle scissors. Color
snowman’s hat, nose and heart with Marvy markers.
5. Starting on the left side of the strip of navy cardstock, adhere
the snowflake first, then the saying, and then pop dot the snowman on
the right side of the card. |
