Supplies:
Rubber Stamps by The Angel Company
Glossy, White, Lime Green and Blue Cardstock
Green and Blue Eyelets
Lime Green and Sky Blue Brilliance Inks
Scallop Scissors
Tissue Paper that will bleed

Instructions:
Spray a strip of Glossy cardstock with water to just dampen it.
Drop small scraps of blues and green tissue paper and spray again.
The paper will bleed onto the glossy paper.
When dry, cut edges the edges with the scallop scissors and stamp shells in alternating colors of ink.
Attach strips of lime green and blue paper with eyelets onto a white card front as shown.
Layer the glossy cardstock on top of the colored strips.
