DIRECTIONS:
I decided to create a kid's game that's both fun and educational at the same time!

Alter an existing black metal display tray to be the base of the game.
Decorate the entire tray with torn pages from an old dictionary. Soak the
dictionary pages in water briefly and randomly tear the pages into sections while still wet. Put the pages aside to dry.

Once the pages are dry colour them with orange and brown Creative Chalks. Use sponge daubers to apply the chalk. Adhere the dictionary pages to the metal tray with white glue.

From black cardstock cut and shape a sign using wavy scissors for a fancy edge. Edge the sign with a silver Sharpie marker and red 3D Scribbles paint. Spell out the words 'Spelling Bee' in gold self-adhesive stickers and stick the  words to the black sign. Adhere the sign to the top of the tray with double-sided sticky tape.

Embellish the altered metal tray with alphabet beads and alphabet stickers. Adhere the alphabet beads to the tray with tacky glue.

Randomly place large magnetic plastic letters on the tray for playing the “Spelling Bee” game.  You can store the rest of the letters on the back of the game tray.
