Supplies:
Rubber Stamp by Stamps Happen
4 Paint Chip Samples
Papers: Black and White Cardstock, 40lb Cold Press Watercolor Paper
StazOn Black Inkpad
Watercolor Cakes
Colored Pencils
Adhesive
Paper Cutter

Directions:
Stamp image onto watercolor paper. Trim.
Paint as shown using watercolor cakes.
Using like colored pencils, press into the paper where you'd like your image to be raised. On the reverse side press hard into the paper to give a raised effect on the painted side.
Trim names off of paint chips and layer.
Layer as shown.
