Clock: Pop the cover off of an inexpensive plastic wall clock.  Pull off the hands and remove the paper/cardstock lining. (This should be the piece that the numbers are printed on)  Cover the clock liner with a layer of white gesso.  Allow to dry.  Then cover the liner with your favorite white craft glue and place white tissue paper over the entire piece.  Do NOT smooth the tissue paper—press into place.  Keep the lumps and bumps for texture.  Allow to dry completely.  Trim excess tissue paper from clock liner.

Chose a variety of acrylic paints to cover the clock liner.  (Blues, Purples, Golds, and Yellows were used for this piece.)  Using a foam paintbrush randomly layer colors over each other.  Allow each color to dry completely between layers.  For the last 2 colors use your fingers to gently rub the paint over the raised areas of the clock liner.  Allow the liner to dry.  Place liner back into clock.  (Secure in place with gel medium or white craft glue if desired)

Dominoes: 4 Chekits and 1 Standard Domino.  Using a felt applicator, cover the Chekits with plum and yellow Alcohol Inks.  Allow to dry.  Stamp Pocket Watch image (Stampsmith Genesis Plate) onto each Chekit with Black Brilliance ink.  Heat set with embossing gun/heat tool.  Using a felt applicator, cover the Standard Domino with purple and green Alcohol Inks.  Allow to dry.  Edge domino with a Blue Marvy Metallic Marker.  Allow to dry completely.  Use a White Out Pen to write the numbers on the Chekits and the words “The Time is NOW” on the Standard Domino.  Allow to dry.

Putting it all Together: Attach Chekits and Standard Domino onto clock face as shown with gel medium or white craft glue.  Allow to dry.  Using your favorite craft glue, affix watch parts randomly over clock face.  Allow to dry.
