Stamp camera (Stamp Craft) in black pigment ink on tan cardstock and emboss with black embossing powder. (See Picture 1)

Trim around the camera with scissors or craft knife and remove center opening. (See Picture 2)

Using strips of leftover scrapbook paper approximately 1" wide, fold in half lengthwise. (See Picture 3)

Lay a piece along the edge of the opening and tape in place. Continue around until you have the center of your opening all covered. (See Picture 4

Attach the camera to light blue cardstock then navy and green/gold and layer on a navy card. (See Picture 6)

Add a ribbon to the top in green with blue dots to finish.
