FRAME:

1. Disassemble wood frame. Set all pieces aside except frame and back. Paint frame and back with light blue metallic acrylic ink. You may use two coats if necessary. You can set the back aside now with the other parts.
2. Stamp entire frame with Starry Night Image #41-23 in moondance blue chalk ink. Overstamp the entire frame with Peach on Earth image #35-103 in silver.
3. Adhere star trim around the inside opening of the frame using the glue dots. Be sure to let some of the start points end up inside the frame for an overlay.
4. Stamp Peace on Earth #35-103 in Azure Staz-On ink on white Polyshrink. Trim around the stamp and shrink according to package instructions.
5. Trim a 6" piece of navy wire and center in the middle of the polyshrink embellishment. Put pop dot directly over the wire. Bend the wire back and forth and add the small star embellishments to the end. Adhere to the lower right of the frame.
6. Reassemble frame.
