"Dream" ATC by Jane in San Diego

Supplies:
Discarded CD (such as an AOL disk)
Scissors (use old, heavy duty shears NOT your good
stamping scissors)
Hot Water
Ranger Alcohol Ink (Cranberry, Lettuce)
Ranger Blending Solution
Microwave oven
Beaded trim
Double stick tape (heavy duty kind used for beading)
Moon charm (Bead Heaven)
Nail jewels (Kiss brand stick on fingernail
decorations in star shapes)
Microwave oven
Rub on decals (Making Memories)

Directions:
1) Cut the discarded CD to ATC size by heating it up in hot water to soften the plastic and then cutting it with old shears.

2) You may elect NOT to do this step, as there may be hidden dangers.
Using an old microwave oven, cook the ATC for about 3 to 5 seconds on high.
Some people prefer to cook the ATC in a bowl of water.
Cooking the ATC without water will cause sparking (arcing) in your microwave.
Do this step at your own risk.
Neither I nor Stampers Mall will accept any responsibility for damages or injury incurred or caused by anyone attempting this step.

3) Apply the alcohol inks in a decorative manner all over the ATC. Thin and blend the colors with the blending solution.

4) Attach the moon charm with double stick tape.
Adhere the beaded fringe to the top of the card with double stick tape, securing the raw ends to the back.
Attach a nail jewel to the hole at the top of the moon charm.

5) Following the manufacturer's directions, apply the rub-on sentiment decal to the ATC.
