Take your spotlight cards one step further.......

Stamp two of the same image onto cardstock.
Cut the center out of your cardstock image, then layer onto black cardstock to make a bookmark. Next color this piece.
Punch a hole into the top of your "bookmark" and add fibers to make a tassel.
Layer your non-colored stamped image onto cardstock. Cut two lines into it so you will have a place to insert your bookmark.
Layer this piece onto a folded card.
Insert your bookmark and line up the designs.
