Project base- *Clean 4 Mahjong tiles with rubbing alcohol.  Allow to dry.

*Cut sturdy cardstock to use as backing behind tiles.  Cut 1/4 inch smaller than the 4 tiles and glue tiles as seen using your favorite white craft glue.  (Make sure you have the smooth, unmarked side facing up)  Allow to dry completely.

*Using a pouncing motion, apply Stream Ranger Alcohol Ink thinned with Blending Solution to tiles with felt applicator.  Allow to dry.  Using plastic netting or a plastic shower scrubby, pounce Ultramarine StazOn ink over the dried alcohol ink.  Edge the tiles with Gold Marvy Metallics Pen.  Allow to dry.  Seal tiles with 2-3 light coats of Krylon Workable Fixative.

*Take a piece of scrap Color Wash Background paper and stamp Elvis image (Stampsmith) using StazOn Black Ink.  Tear around image and edge with StazOn Ultramarine Ink. 

*Cut the corner from a King playing card to fit on the lower right corner of the tiles.

*Affix torn Elvis image and the playing card corner to tiles using Aleene’s Paper Glaze.  Using a small paint brush, cover both images and tiles completely with a generous layer of the glaze.  Allow to dry completely.  (This may take overnight)

Wings- Take 2 large white guitar picks and 2 small white guitar picks and stamp Feather Background image (Toybox Art Stamps) onto each one with Ultramarine StazOn Ink.  After ink has completely dried, edge picks with Ultramarine StazOn Ink.  Allow to dry.  Edge picks again with a light line from a Gold Marvy Metallics Pen.  Allow to dry.

Crown- Directly apply Stream Ranger Alcohol Ink onto brass crown charm.  Blot off excess with tissue.  After completely dry, rub Ultramarine StazOn Ink over the raised portions of the charm using your finger. (Gloves highly recommended!)

Final Assembly- Using your favorite white craft glue, affix crown to image as shown.  Allow to dry.  Turn project over and using the craft glue, affix “wings” as shown.
