Acetate Background Cards
Making card and card pieces using transparences

Items Needed:
Acetate (overhead transparencies)
Craft's Black Ink

Any of the following: Perfect Paper Adhesive (PPA), glue (one that dried clear), Dimensional Magic or Crystal Lacquer or anything that will dry clear.

White Tissue Paper
Optional Items: Glitter
Pearl Ex, Fairy Dust or Powdered Pearls

Directions:
(1) Stamp on your transparency using a permanent ink. I like Memories and Crafters. Heat set. (2) Color your image. You can do this with acrylic paints. Let dry.
(3) Add your PPA or other clear drying medium.
(4) Add a few drops of dye re-inkers. At this point, you can also add your optional items.
(5) Swirl with a toothpick or 'wrong end' of a paint brush. (6) Crumple up a piece of white tissue paper. Unwrap and place tissue paper over your PPA (or other clear drying medium.) Let dry over night.

Using on Cards or other items
Attach to your card as you normally would (double stick tape, etc)
Use the whole piece or cut and use as collage elements.
