Kaleidoscope Stamping by Cheryl Rotnem
First get a stamp you want to use. Any style will do. Mine is buttons! Next take a piece of cardstock to do your technique on. You will need to find the center of it. Mark the center for yourself. Later it can be erased.
Stamp the image onto scrap paper first and cut it out. You will actually need 2 of these. You'll see later.
Make sure you keep the bottom of your stamp aligned with the center. Work around it in a circular way. Either left or right will work. Always masking previous image. (Red is the mask)
Mask off the last image and the very first one and stamp one more.
Now you can mount your image onto another cardstock and make your card anyway you like! This is a fun technique, just practice on scratch paper a few times before trying on your cardstock. Stamp Credits: Stampin' Up! |
