Supplies:
White Polymer Clay
Paint: Delta Ceramcoat (Wedgwood Green); FolkARt (Burnt Umber; Baby Pink)
Stickles (Icicle)
Gold Leafing Pin
Aleene's Platinum Bond 7800
Krylon Triple Thick Clear Glaze
Pin & Earring Back

Instructions:

PIN:
Condition clay as stated on packaging and roll out to at least 1/4 inch thickness. Press Dragonfly into clay, trim as needed, and bake per clay instructions. Once cooled, the piece was painted "wet on wet". First, paint the clay with water then paint a light wash of Wedgwood Green on the entire piece. Paint the inside of the wings and the body of the dragonfly with a wash of Baby Pink. With a Q-Tip, dab Burnt Umber on the veins of the wings and on the body bringing highlight to these areas. Let paints dry. Highlight the edges of the entire piece with the Gold Leafing Pin and dab just a touch of the Stickles Icicle on the wings. Once dry, spray entire piece with Krylon Triple Thick Clear Glaze. Adhere pin back.

EARRINGS:
Condition clay as above stated and stamp the Zim Swirl into the clay, trimming and baking. Let cool then wash the entire piece with Wedgwood Green, highlight with Baby Pink.
