Daisy by Nancy Thaut

Beginning with 1/4 sheet of acetate.  Paint one side of acetate w/acrylic paint, using a foam brush.  Pat on page instead of stroking the brush..  I used taffy, angel flesh and cinnamon brown. 

On the opposite side of the acetate, I used the Daisy stamp by Faerie Song Rubber Art Stamps. I outlined and colored “Daisy” and her flower with Marvy brush and broad pens and also Sakura gelly roll pens.  Once I finished coloring, I sprayed with Krylon workable fixative.

Daisy was then mounted on brown paper where I punch 3 locations to thread the 2 strands of ribbon.  I then added the embellishments and attached to the peach colored card.
