Starch Method ~ Marbled Backgrounds by

Items Needed:
White Cardstock
(Glossy OR Matt)
Acrylic Paints
Plastic Cups
Water
Liquid Starch
Pan with tall sides
Directions:
(1) Put enough starch into your pan to completely cover the bottom.
(2) Pick out 2 or more colors of paint. Put approximately 1 tablespoon of paint and 2 tablespoons of water
into a plastic cup.
(3) Put large drops of your paint/water mixture into your starch.
(4) Swirl with a paintbrush or other item.
(5) LIGHTLY put your cardstock on top of your mixture. Tap gently with your finger tip.
(6) Pick up your cardstock piece with two hands, picking up from opposite ends.
(7) Hang up to dry.
