Dry Embossing Vellum

Items Needed:
Rubber Stamp
Permanent Ink
Heavy Weight Vellum (I used UV Ultra #28)
Stylus

Directions:
Cut a piece of vellum just a little larger than your image.
Lay your stamp rubber side up, and ink.
Lay your vellum onto the rubber of your stamp and gently press on with your finger.
Carefully run a stylus over the part of the image you'd like to have raised or dry embossed.
Take vellum off of stamp.
Color and layer as you wish.

Background was made with mulberry paper scraps.
