Purchase a printable version of this project

Stamp cupcake (Art gone Wild) onto white card stock and color with markers.    Put some glue onto the stars and cover with sugar dust from Stamp La Jolla.  Glue to a black layer with slits on two ends to hold the white stamped layer.

Stamp small cupcakes (Stampin Up) onto green card stock with Versa Mark ink.  Stamp Happy Birthday (Kaiser Stamp) with black ink onto front of green card.  Adhere the white and black layer to top of green card.

Cut a piece of 5-1/2 by 4-1/4 inches of the same green cardstock as your card.  Stamp “Have a Great Birthday” (Hero Arts) randomly on the front.   

With the coluzzle, cut as many slots as you want for quarters.  Turn the cardstock over and place adhesive around the edge and under the slots to prevent the quarters from falling through.  Adhere to the left side of the inside of the card.  Put a sentiment on the right side. Project is done.
